Things to Know About Your Stay
WiFi:

Password: Will be provided day of arrival.
Please do not move furniture within the unit.
PETS are NOT allowed.
SMOKING is NOT allowed.
PARKING:
Please park TWO cars in the carport (cars may stick out slightly). If you have more than 2 cars, please contact us directly to arrange additional parking. DO NOT block any of the neighbors, and DO NOT park parallel to the property.
QUIET ENJOYMENT:
You are responsible to observe and respect the quiet enjoyment of neighboring properties. Loud music and/or vehicles are NOT permitted. Complaints against your group may result in loss of your reservation and you may be asked to leave the premises should it persist. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
GATE REMOTE/BACK DOOR KEY:
By the garage door, you will see a gate remote and a back door key. Please DO NOT TAKE WITH YOU, or you will be charged $150 FEE. Gate remote is for the front security gate, in case it is closed, or if you want to close the gate during the night hours.
Games and Books:
We have lots of board games, puzzle and books for kids and adults. Located in the downstairs bedroom.
Reasons extra charges may be incurred or requested:
- Any indication that a guest has been smoking indoors.
- Any indication that a pet was brought without permission.
- Any need for housekeeping beyond what would be considered "normal." (This includes but is not limited to trash, dirty dishes, etc.)
- Moving or re-arranging furniture.
- Over-Occupying the home!
Check-Out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out is available for an additional fee as long as no reservation is scheduled to arrive the same day. Late check-out will be considered, but MUST be arranged in advance. Refunds will not be available for departures earlier than reserved departure date. Unapproved late check-out may be subject to late check-out fees, additional night stay charge added or, potential removal of belongings from property after reasonable attempts have been made to notify you of unapproved late check-out.
All trash must be put in secured plastic trash bags (bags under kitchen sink) and placed into the dumpsters
(grey for regular trash, and blue for recycle), located in the garage. Trash pickup is every Wednesday
morning. property manager will take the trash cans out to the front for pickup.
Also, after departure, if trash is left in the unit, you may be charged an extra cleaning fee depending on
the amount of trash left behind.
Washer and Dryer:
Located upstairs. Please remove all lint in dryer after every use. Lint drawer located on inside the dryer right inside as you open the door.
Refrigerator/Freezer/Pantry:
Please remove all perishable items, before departure.
Dishwasher:
Put the washing capsule on the inside bottom of the dishwasher.
To turn on: Click the start ▶️ button on the right. Light will turn on. Push Normal Wash, and click start ▶️ button again. Then close it. After it’s done please click X to turn off dishwasher. Before departing make sure all dirty dishes, if any, are in the dishwasher and turn it on.
LINENS / TOWELS:
Before departing make sure ALL dirty towels are placed in the laundry room, in the large white baskets.
No need to do anything with the bedding.
